Canvas 26: AI Sticker Activation
Turning AI into something you could take home.

Collaboration, customised.
For Canvas 26, we wanted to create an experience that made AI feel personal, playful and tangible.
Attendees used AI to turn themselves into a set of Miro reaction stickers, then took the printed pack home.
The idea
What if event swag was made for you?
Rather than producing thousands of identical giveaways, we built an experience where every attendee could leave with something unique.
We took something people already do in Miro, using stickers and reactions, and made it personal and physical.
Each attendee became their own sticker set.

From AI to IRL
From prompt to print.
- Capture
- Generate
- Customise
- Take away
Behind a deliberately simple attendee experience was a workflow connecting AI generation, creative direction, interface design and physical production.
The results had to look like the person and still feel like Miro. The whole thing also had to work quickly at a live event.
Designing with AI
AI needed art direction too.
Generating an image was the easy part. Creating outputs that felt consistent, expressive and worth keeping required designing the system around the model.
We explored how different visual styles, expressions and prompts could produce enough variation to feel genuinely personalised while still creating a coherent family of stickers.

One system. Thousands of possible outputs.
The experience

Built for the real world.
At Canvas 26, the digital workflow became a live branded experience.
Attendees could create their stickers, collect the finished pack and see examples from the community become part of the installation around them.

The output
Made by AI. Made personal by people.

My role
Designing the complete system.
I helped take the activation from concept through to execution, working across creative direction, AI experimentation, experience design and production.
The project required thinking beyond individual assets and designing the complete system: how someone entered the experience, how AI transformed their input, how the output remained on-brand, and how that digital result became a physical object at a live event.

From a digital interaction to something worth keeping.
Everyone who took part left with a sticker pack made from their own reactions.
